Về phần hộp và cách đóng gói, Galaxy A31 cũng tương tự những máy khác có tên máy và hình sản phẩm cực lớn!
Còn trong hộp thì cũng quen thuộc luôn bao gồm: thân máy A31, sách HDSD, củ sạc nhanh 15W, cáp sạc USB TypeC, tai nghe, que chọc sim và ốp lưng Silicon trong suốt

Được ra mắt trong năm 2020 và thuộc Galaxy A series, “chiến binh” Galaxy A31 sở hữu thiết kế tương tự như 2 người đàn anh Galaxy A71 và Galaxy A51 với ngôn ngữ thiết kế cụm camera hình chữ nhật nổi bật ở đằng sau. Khoảng cuối năm 2019, Samsung giới thiệu một cách hoàn thiện rất nghệ thuật và hiện đại trên những chiếc Galaxy As gọi là ” thiết kế mặt cắt kim cương” thì Galaxy A31 cũng được trang bị điểm nổi bật này. Với cách hoàn thiện này, chiếc smartphone trong lấp lánh hơn, nổi bật hơn, chuyển sắc sinh động và không kém phần sang trọng.

Chuyển về mặt trước của Galaxy A31, đây thực sự là một điểm khó hiểu của mình trong tổng hoà thiết kế của chiếc smartphone này của Samsung. Galaxy A31 không sở hữu ngôn ngữ màn hình Infinity-O độc nhất và được rất nhiều người ưa chuộng trên Galaxy A series 2020 mà lại sử dụng ngôn ngữ màn hình Infinity-U với phần khoét camera dạng chữ U/giọt nước gì gì với camera selfie ở giữa.

Nhưng may thay, Galaxy A31 cũng được trang bị màn hình Super AMOLED, có kích thước 6.4 inch và hỗ trợ độ phân giải Full-HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixel) nên chất lượng hình ảnh nó mang lại rất là tốt trong tầm giá với khả năng hiển thị sắc nét, có độ chi tiết cao và màu sắc rực rỡ. Bên cạnh đó, Galaxy A31 cũng được trang bị cảm biến vân tay trong màn hình.

Galaxy A31 thừa kế việc tạo ra “Trào lưu” chụp ảnh macro nổi bật trên dòng sản phẩm này với bộ 4 camera sau cùng camera macro chuyên dụng chụp cận cảnh sắc nét. Hệ thống máy ảnh này bao gồm camera chính 48MP f/2.0 (hỗ trợ gộp điểm ảnh để chụp 12MP trong điều kiện ánh sáng yếu và ở chế độ Auto), ống kính góc siêu rộng thật như mắt người 8 MP f/2.2, camera macro 5MP với f/2.4 cũng như cảm biến đo chiều sâu 5MP hỗ trợ chụp chân dung xóa phông nổi bật.

Về hiệu năng, Galaxy A31 được trang bị bộ xử lý MediaTek Helio P65 đi kèm dung lượng RAM 6GB và người dùng sẽ có 128GB bộ nhớ trong để lưu trữ dữ liệu (có hỗ trợ khe cắm thẻ nhớ mở rộng microSD). Đây cũng tiếp tục là một thông số khá khó hiểu mà Samsung áp dụng cho sản phẩm khi trước giờ ít khi nào hãng dùng chipset Helio. Về thực tế, Helio P65 không xuất sắc nhưng vẫn đáp ứng tốt các nhu cầu từ cơ bản, giải trí, lướt web, xem phim, chơi game một cách mượt mà nhất.
