Samsung giới thiệu cảm biến 3D ToF ISOCELL Vizion 33D: trở lại trên Galaxy S21?

Samsung vừa giới thiệu cảm biến 3D ToF (Time of Flight) mới với tên gọi ISOCELL Vizion 33D, có thể tracking và cung cấp dữ liệu khoảng cách chính xác.

Cụ thể, website chính thức của Samsung vừa đăng tải thông tin về cảm biến 3D ToF (Time of Flight) mới dành cho các thiết bị di động. Đây là một loại cảm biến để cung cấp dữ liệu khoảng cách và tracking đối tượng nhanh nhằm mục đích mang lại khả năng lấy nét tự động và hiệu ứng bokeh khi quay video nhanh hơn. ISOCELL Vizion 33D mà Samsung mới ra mắt có khả năng tạo bản đồ độ sâu có độ phân giải 640×480 pixel. Nó cũng có thể theo dõi các đối tượng ở tốc độ 120 khung hình/giây (fps) với khoảng cách từ 0,2m cho đến 5m cùng với 10 hoặc 12 bit. Cảm biến này cũng sử dụng công nghệ Deep Trench Isolation (DTI) để giảm nhiễu cũng như Backside Scattering Technology (BST) để nâng cao hiệu quả lượng tử của cảm biến.

Yêu cầu năng lượng thấp là điều cần thiết đối với cảm biến máy ảnh di động. Khi sử dụng làm công cụ hỗ trợ lấy nét, nó chỉ yêu cầu công suất 200 mW cho cả cảm biến ToF và hệ thống chiếu sáng hồng ngoại. Trong khi đó, để theo dõi liên tục khi cần thiết, chẳng hạn như trò chơi AR và quay video xoá phông bokeh, mức sử dụng năng lượng 400mW, một điểm cộng lớn khi nó không làm tiêu hao pin của điện thoại quá nhanh.

Cảm biến ISOCELL Vizion 33D cũng có thể sử dụng cùng camera trước để thực hiện xác thực khuôn mặt 3D, mở khoá điện thoại cũng như ứng dụng trong thanh toán di động.

Galaxy S20 Ultra là chiếc flagship cuối cùng cho đến thời điểm hiện tại sử dụng cảm biến 3D, trên Note20 Ultra Samsung đã thay nó bằng 1 cảm biến lấy nét Laser. Vì thể, vẫn chưa có nguồn tin nào có thẳng đảm báo rằng nó sẽ có trên Galaxy S21 cũng như các thiết bị Samsung khác. Nhưng, rất có thể, Samsung sẽ bán loại cảm biến này cho những khác hàng tiềm năng khác.
