Cụ thể theo tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng mới nhất được Samsung công bố trên website chính thức của mình, hãng đã phần nào giải đáp được về những lỗ trống khoét trên phần khung của Galaxy Note10 cũng như Note10+. 

Với những hình ảnh đầu tiên của Note10 được lộ diện trên các trang mạng xã hội, nhiều người cho rằng phần lỗ khoét to ở cạnh trên của thiết bị chính là cảm biến hồng ngoại, Tuy nhiên sự thật không phải là vậy mà đó chính là phần loa ngoài của chiếc Note10 để tạo nên hệ thống âm thanh loa Stereo AKG. Chưa dừng lại ở đó, trong tấm ảnh chú thích cũng cho biết rằng phần viền bezel rất mỏng bên trên camera trước của Note10 series cũng có loa thoại, nhưng theo mắt người thì không thấy phần khoét này 1 cách rõ ràng.

Bên cạnh đó, một phát hiện mới nhất của tài khoản Twitter của Ice Universe cho biết rằng các chi tiết được khoét như jack cắm tai nghe, USB TypeC, microphone của Note10 cả hai phần cạnh trên và dưới của Note10 đã được xấp thẳng hàng thành 1 đường thẳng.
