Samsung giới thiệu cảm biến camera độ phân giải 200MP thứ 2 của mình với tên gọi ISOCELL HP3.

Sau khi ra mắt cảm biến máy ảnh 200MP đầu tiên cho điện thoại thông minh đầu tiên trên Thế giới cách đây 10 tháng. Mới đây, Samsung vừa chính thức giới thiệu cảm biến camera độ phân giải 200MP thứ 2 của mình với tên gọi ISOCELL HP3.

Cảm biến camera ISOCELL HP3 mới có kích thước 1/1,4 inch, kích thước điểm ảnh 0,56μm. Có thể thấy, cảm biến này nhỏ hơn camera biến HP1 trước đây khi có kích thước 1/1,22 inch với 0,64μm pixel. Việc giảm kích thước pixel xuống 12% được Samsung cho rằng giúp cảm biến mới phù hợp với nhiều thiết bị hơn và module chiếm ít diện tích hơn 20%.

Nó được trang bị cơ chế láy nét tự động Super SPD khi tất cả điểm ảnh đều có thể khả năng lấy tự động. Nó sử dụng một thống kính duy nhất trên bốn điểm ảnh liền kề để phát hiện sự khác biệt về pha theo cả hướng ngang và dọc, giúp khả năng lấy nét tự đông dược nhanh và chính xác hơn.

ISOCELL HP3 có thể chụp ảnh với dải màu đến 14-bit, hỗ trợ lên đến 4 nghìn tỉ màu. Nó cũng có khả năng quay video 4K ở 120fps và video 8K 30fps. Không giống như cảm biến máy ảnh 108MP của Samsung, cảm biến 200MP mới này có thể quay video 8K với trường nhìn bị mất tối thiểu.

Nhờ tính năng ghép điểm ảnh, cảm biến mới có thể chụp ảnh 50MP (2×2 binning) với 1,12μm pixel hoặc ảnh 12,5MP (4×4) với kích thước điểm ảnh 2,24μm. Cảm biến cũng bao gồm các tính năng khác như Smart ISO Pro với 3 mức chuyển đổi ISO cao, ISO trung bình, ISO thấp để có hiệu suất HDR tốt hơn.

Samsung cho biết các mẫu của ISOCELL HP3 hiện có sẵn để thử nghiệm và việc sản xuất hàng loạt cảm biến sẽ bắt đầu vào cuối năm nay.
